4. Establishment of Real Estate Evaluation Committee (1) The Government of Nepal may establish a Real Estate Evaluation Committee (hereinafter referred to as Committee) by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette from time to time for every urban area designated under the Act for the purposes of the Act.

(2) The committee constituted under sub-rule (1) shall have at least one engineer or overseer as member.

(3) The work of any committee constituted under sub-rule (1) under these rules After completion, it will automatically be considered terminated.
